- Ladakh is a high-altitude destination. Guests must follow acclimatization guidelines and immediately report illness to the
- driver/hotel representative.
- Guests with existing medical conditions should consult their doctor before travelling to high altitude. Umbrella Trip is not
- responsible for medical complications arising from pre-existing conditions or altitude-related illness.
- Mountain roads are subject to unpredictable weather, snowfall, landslides, road maintenance and local restrictions. The

- Vehicle usage is limited to the confirmed itinerary and agreed sightseeing points.
- Required permits, environmental fees and local regulations must be followed. Permit requirements may differ by nationality

- Cancellation charges will apply according to the cancellation policies of hotels, camps, transport providers and other

- Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and supplier penalties.
- No refund will generally be provided for unused hotel nights, meals, sightseeing, transport or other services voluntarily not
- used after the tour begins.
- Umbrella Trip shall not be held responsible for losses or delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, road closures,
