Built in 1557 by the Portuguese, it was constructed as a present to Raja Vera Kerala Varma, who was the then ruler of the Kochi dynasty. The next stop to make is the Hill Palace Museum, which was once the official residence of the rulers of Kochi in the 17th century. Make your way to the Paradesi Synagogue and St. Francis Church before witnessing the Chinese fishing nets. Get back to your hotel for the night.
