- Suggested Payment Schedule:
- 1. Booking Confirmation: 30% advance payment of the total package amount is recommended to confirm the booking.
- 2. Before Arrival: Remaining 70% balance should preferably be cleared 7–10 days before the tour start date.
- 3. Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 7 days of travel, 100% payment may be required at the time of
- confirmation.
- The exact payment schedule will be mentioned in the final quotation/invoice and may vary depending on hotel, transport and
- supplier policies.
- TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, vehicles and other travel services. Booking is confirmed only after receipt of
- the required advance payment and written confirmation from Umbrella Trip.
- Accommodation will be provided according to the package category selected. If the selected hotel is unavailable, a
- similar-category hotel may be offered.
- Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings apply. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may
- involve additional charges.
- The sightseeing sequence may be changed due to traffic, weather, road conditions, local restrictions or operational
- requirements.
- The vehicle provided will be according to the confirmed package and vehicle usage will be limited to the itinerary and agreed
- sightseeing points.
- Mountain roads may be affected by heavy rainfall, landslides, snowfall, traffic congestion, road maintenance or other
- unforeseen conditions. The itinerary may be modified for guest safety.
- Optional activities not specifically mentioned under package inclusions will be payable directly by the guest.
- Cancellation charges will apply according to the cancellation policies of hotels, transport providers and other suppliers
- involved in the booking.
- Any applicable refund will be processed after deduction of cancellation charges and supplier penalties.
- No refund will generally be provided for unused hotel nights, meals, transportation or sightseeing services voluntarily not
- used by the guest after commencement of the tour.

- If balance payment is not received within the agreed timeline, Umbrella Trip reserves the right to cancel or modify the
